Marda Associates was setup to provide computer skills training for local businesses in 1989. We have built up a reputation for effective value-for-money courses for many of the most popular software packages available today.

Courses comprise a sensible blend of tuition and hands-on workshop experience. Delegates are encouraged to develop their new skills rapidly and relate them to their own work practices. This ensures that they achieve optimum performance and benefit from the software.

Programmes are arranged to suit your company and may include weekends if required. Courses are not restricted to specific dates and can be held at our premises or at yours at mutually convenient times.

Every delegate on any of our courses will have exclusive use of a PC for hands-on learning.

You will be provided with a set of course notes, which cover the contents of the day. These notes are then yours to take away and use as either reference materials or exercise notes for a later date.

At the end of the course you will be provided with a certificate which shows what was covered on that particular course and also serves as evidence of a trained competence.

All courses, although tutor-led, are entirely delegate based. Should there be any doubts or difficulties with any part of the course, the tutor will take the time to talk through the problem with a view to a solution.

After the course

When your course is completed and you have returned to work the following day, what happens if you can’t remember exactly how to carry out a particular task covered on the course?

That’s easy – call us! You will be provided with a contact number for your tutor where you can reach and ask any questions related to the course you have completed. Your tutor will endeavour to refresh your memory or point you to the section of your course notes where the information can be obtained.

When you have completed one training course, why not carry on the training by moving onto the next level. All our courses are designed to follow on from each other, so as to provide a training path from beginner through to advanced user. At the beginning of each course, the tutor will take time to discuss the content of the day and establish that all delegates are comfortable with the content before proceeding.
